The Fragrance Route

This country meander starts just outside charming Great Brak River. A circular road – both tar and gravel, about 40 km when measured from the N2 – takes one towards historic Friemersheim, past game and dairy farms with great bird watching opportunities along the way. Read More

Unique journey by rail between Hartenbos and Great Brak River, ideal for group outings. Stop at Seeplaas and  Transkaroo Restaurant where you can have a coffee or lunch and explore the area on foot.
